Shipping

We ship all stock items with 2 working days. Orders to UK mainland residential addresses are sent by Initial City Link or by royal mail. DHL is used for business addresses and TNT for all overseas orders.

NOTE: We will usually use DHL or Citylink to dispatch the order so someone will need to be present to accept the goods and sign for them when delivery is made. Our Couriers will make 2 attempts to deliver and if you are not present a card will be left, this will allow you to contact the courier company. If after 2 attempts to deliver and a period of 5 days passes without delivery or collection the order is returned to us undelivered by our courier, it will be credited minus a £25 surcharge. If you envisage there being difficulty delivering this order e.g. no one will be present to sign for the order on a particular day, please notify us as soon as possible and we will try our best to accomodate your request. Please note that timed or Saturday deliveries are not possible. Discounted offers of shipping/delivery charges apply to UK mainland customers only.

Returns

All items are supplied with a 1 year return to base warranty. You also have a 7 day no questions asked period where you can return the product for a full refund for any reason.
